Specialty Septic Services

Beyond standard inspections and maintenance, we offer a range of specialty services to address complex septic challenges.

Line Jetting

High-pressure water jetting clears stubborn blockages and restores full flow to your sewer lines. It is effective for grease buildup, root intrusion, and compacted debris that standard snaking cannot resolve. Unlike mechanical snaking, jetting cleans the full pipe interior rather than simply punching through the clog, which means problems take longer to return. This service is available for both residential and commercial properties.

Troubleshooting

Slow drains, odors, wet spots in the yard, or alarm lights on your control panel are all signs something is wrong with your septic system. Our diagnostic expertise helps identify problems quickly and accurately, saving you time and money on unnecessary repairs. We work on all system types including advanced treatment units that most other providers will not touch.

Water Intrusion

Groundwater or surface water entering your septic system causes it to become hydraulically overloaded, which can trigger pump alarms, saturate the drain field, and lead to early system failure. We locate the source of intrusion, whether it is a cracked tank, faulty riser seal, or improperly graded soil, and implement the right fix rather than a temporary patch.

County Locate Verification

Electronic locating identifies the precise location of your septic tank, distribution box, and drain field components, with results submitted as an updated county drawing. This is required for many property sales, remodels, and permit applications, and is essential any time you need accurate records of your system layout. We serve Clark, Cowlitz, Lewis, Skamania, Klickitat, and Wahkiakum counties.

State LOSS Systems

Large Onsite Sewage Systems (LOSS) serving commercial properties, multi-family housing, or high-flow applications are subject to additional Washington State permitting and maintenance requirements. We provide LOSS compliance inspections, operation and maintenance services, and the required reporting to keep your system in good standing with the state and your county.

Hydro Evacuation

Hydro evacuation uses high-powered vacuum combined with water pressure to safely remove accumulated solids, sludge, and debris from tanks, vaults, and other confined septic components. It is the right tool for situations where standard pumping cannot fully clean a compartment, or where access and safety constraints make conventional methods impractical.
